Your Help is needed

The Chesapeake Bay Athletic Association is asking for your help for the Cal Ripken and Babe Ruth League. This league is for players that live in Queen Anne’s County. This program is going to bring visibility to our area for the following reasons.

1. Kent Island will be a site for Cal Ripken baseball tournaments in 2005

2. The name recognition will entice people to pay more attention to the league and the sponsors

3. The leagues goal is to promote sportsmanship, skill building, cultural awareness and respect for the game

4. This program will allow our children to compete at different levels and to compete against other counties and states

We do need your support to prepare for the new season. We need uniforms, pitching machines, insurance, fields, field maintenance, umpires and other incidentals. Our season starts April 2, 2005. Sponsorship for one team will be 350.00, two teams 650.00 Diamond sponsors for two teams with sign at the High School baseball field will be 850.00. We thank you for your support!
